Special Benefit Plan for Shareholders

Token Corporation has had a special benefit plan for shareholders in place since listing our shares in March 1997. Every year at the end of April and October, we present our shareholders with special items. To keep our shareholders satisfied, we intend to further improve the plan in future.

Year-End Special Benefit Items for Shareholders (for shareholders of record at April 30)

After asking shareholders beforehand which items they wish to have by distributing a questionnaire, we send the indicated items to them. Available special benefit items vary according to the number of shares held.

Special benefit golf play tickets for the Token TADO Country Club Nagoya or Token Shuga Country Club golf courses or Special Benefit Discount Coupons for the Heartmark shop, an online shopping site operated by Nasluck Co., Ltd., a Group subsidiary.

Shareholders with 10 shares or more, but less than 100 shares

Two special benefit golf play tickets (one ticket each for the Token TADO Country Club Nagoya and Token Shuga Country Club golf courses) or a 3,000-yen discount coupon for the Heartmark Shop.

• Each golf play ticket will admit a total of 4 people, including the ticket holder. Visitor fees will be reduced by 5,000 yen. When planning to use these tickets, please inform the desk when making reservations.
• These special benefit golf play tickets may not be used on weekends or holidays.

Shareholders with 100 shares or more, but less than 1,000 shares

Four special benefit golf play tickets (two tickets each for the Token TADO Country Club Nagoya and Token Shuga Country Club golf courses) or a 4,000-yen discount coupon for the Heartmark Shop.

• Each golf play ticket will admit a total of 4 people, including the ticket holder. Visitor fees will be reduced by 5,000 yen. When planning to use these tickets, please inform the desk when making reservations.
• These special benefit golf play tickets may not be used on weekends or holidays.

Shareholders with 1,000 shares or more, but less than 2,000 shares (Must select one golf course)

A special benefit for shareholders one-year weekday membership card (cardholders may play golf at their choice of either Token TADO Country Club Nagoya or Token Shuga Country Club golf courses on weekdays for only the regular weekday member fee ; valid for one year) or a 5,000-yen discount coupon for the Heartmark shop.

• Please show your one-year weekday membership card when you arrive. With the exception of weekends and holidays, you may play the course for the same fees as a one-year member.
• Guest will have to pay regular visitor fees.
• In some case, applicants for the card will have to undergo screening.

Shareholders with 2,000 shares or more (Must select one golf course)

A special benefit for shareholders one-year membership card (cardholders may play golf at their choice of either Token TADO Country Club Nagoya or Token Shuga Country Club golf courses on any day for the regular member fee; valid for one year) or a 6,000-yen discount coupon for the Heartmark shop.

• Please show your one-year weekday membership card when you arrive. You may play the course for the same fees as a one-year member.
• Guest will have to pay regular visitor fees.
• In some case, applicants for the card will have to undergo screening.

Hotel TADO ONSEN Free one-night accommodations for two on Sunday or weekdays

Interim Term Special Benefit Items for Shareholders (for shareholders of record at October 30)

Shareholders may choose two of the following three items.
After asking shareholders beforehand which items they wish to have by distributing a questionnaire, we send the indicated items to them.

Tickets for two to the Token Home Mate Cup golf tournament

These tickets are available for shareholders with 10 or more shares. Qualifying shareholders selecting this option will be sent a pair of gallery tickets for the Token Home Mate Cup tournament, the season-opening tournament of the Japan professional golf tour.

Hotel TADO ONSEN 30% discount coupons

These coupons are available for shareholders with 10 or more shares. Qualifying shareholders selecting this option will be sent 30% discount coupons for accommodations at the Hotel TADO ONSEN that may be used at the main club house building or at the Himizukaze annex.

• The coupons cannot be used for discounts on course play, food and beverage or massage prices.
• For information on availability of accommodations, please contact the hotel directly (0594-49-3111). When making reservations, please mention this special service.
• Please understand that depending on reservation status the hotel may not be able to accommodate your request.

Special Benefit Discount Coupons for the Heartmark shop

These coupons are available for shareholders with 10 or more shares. Qualifying shareholders selecting this option will be sent discount coupon for use on the Heartmark shop, an online shopping site operated by Nasluck. The coupons may be used for purchases of a wide range of items, from interior goods to furniture and daily lifestyle goods.

Extraordinary Special Benefit Service for Shareholders

Housing Equipment Installation Service

Shareholders (clients) who have concluded a construction contract for rental apartments or condominiums with Token qualify for the following housing equipment installation service.

• To apply for this service, please fill in and submit a Special Benefits for Shareholders (Housing Equipment Installation Service) Application Form at the time of informal agreement on conclusion of the construction contract. Please give the salesperson a copy of your securities transaction statement or the back of the stock certificate. However, the housing equipment selected must be from the Nasluck product line. In addition, if the application is made late, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Shareholders with 1,000 shares or more, but less than 2,000 shares	Discount equivalent to 1.0% of the installation amount
Shareholders with 2,000 shares or more	Discount equivalent to 1.5% of the installation amount

Brokerage Fee Discount on Apartments and Rental Condominiums

This service is available to shareholders with 100 or more shares or their relatives up to the third degree. Upon signing a rental agreement for an apartment or condominium introduced by Token, the renters qualify for a discount on brokerage fees.

• When planning to use this service, please give the salesperson a copy of your securities transaction statement or the back of the stock certificate at the time of your rental application (submission of rental application). If the application is made after the submission of the rental application, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
• Discount rates vary by the type of property.　Please check the chart below for discount rates. For details, please consult one of our office staff.
• Rental of commercial-use space, such as retail outlets, offices, and warehouses does not qualify for this service.
• Corporate shareholders do not qualify for this service.
• To use this service, you must fill in the Special Benefits for Shareholders Discount Service Application available at our outlets.

The Notification of Shareholders’ Meeting Agenda, Notification of Dividend Payment, and Group Information Document are sent together.

April 30 and October 31 are the record dates for dividend payment and the base dates for allotment of Special Benefits for Shareholders. The ex-dividend and ex-Special Benefits for Shareholders date is four business days before the record date.
