- Established in Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture (Trade name: Tomei Shoji)

- 1976

- July.
- Tomei Corporation Co., Ltd. incorporated in same district.
Succeeded to license issued by Minister of Construction Registration (1) No. 2669 granted under the real estate business law to Tomei Shoji. - Nov.
- Acquired license issued by Governor of Aichi Prefecture (i) No 6301 under the construction industry law.
- 1977

- Tomei Management Center Co., Ltd. established.
Tomei First-Class Design Office registered under the architects law opened. - June
- Construction of new headquarters building starts.
- July
- Acquired license as a first-class architectural office issued by Governor of Aichi Prefecture (General-51) No 6078 under the construction industry law.
- 1978

- Nov.
- Hamamatsu Sales Office (currently, Hamamatsu Branch) opened.
- 1979

- Headquarters moved upon completion of new building (at Shouei-cho, Kariya, Aichi Prefecture).

- Converted construction business license granted by Governor to one granted by Construction minister.

- Corporate Division building (currently, the Design Operations Div.) completed.

- Higashi Osaka Branch (currently Higashi Osaka Outlet) opened.

- Tomei Lease Construction Co., Ltd. changes its name to Token Corporation Co., Ltd.
- June
- Headquarters moved upon completion of new building (at Shouei-cho, Kariya, Aichi Prefecture).
- July
- Token Corporation merges with European House, Token Corporation Co., Ltd. and Shinnihon Building. Housing and Corporate Business divisions formed at the same time.

Token Leava Co., Ltd. is founded as a subsidiary.

- Token Leava acquires Chiba Cisco Plant, a steel beams plant in Yachimata, Chiba.

- The seventh Token Corporation Cup tournament held at Kedoin Golf Club in Kagoshima Prefecture.

- Token Leava acquires the Izumo Plant of former Dantani Industries, Co., Ltd.

- Token Leava establishes Shanghai Tohan International Trading Co., Ltd., a Chinese subsidiary.

- Token Leava acquires the plant of NK Homes Co., Ltd.

- Token Leava acquires ISO 9001: 2000 certification for its Chiba Cisco and Izumo Dantani plants.
